The machine set takes Expandable Polystyrene and zinc stearate as raw material, steam foaming, after two steps of foaming can produce cup and bowl. PLC control production. high level of automation, low labor intensity; high productivity, low cost. producing process adopt complete shut-off design in order to prevent from getting in touch with air while raw material expanding, making the cups and bowls good quality. Fully use energy sources and reduce forming time.
